Kaveer Soni
Director
Kaveer has been practicing law since 2012, with extensive experience in both South Africa and Australia. He is an admitted attorney in South Africa and an admitted solicitor in Australia.
Early in his career, Kaveer discovered his passion for commercial law, which led him to establish Soni Legal with a focus on serving businesses. Over the years, he has helped companies navigate both growth and challenges—ensuring contracts are tailored to their needs and guiding them through complex legal issues. Kaveer has also worked closely with directors to overcome legal obstacles and supported insolvency practitioners in maximizing value for their estates.

Jenita Narayan
Senior Associate
Jenita brings a wealth of experience from both Fiji and Australia, having practiced law since 2017. She served as a Legal Officer with the Legal Aid Commission in Fiji from 2018 to 2020, gaining exposure to a diverse range of legal matters. Additionally, she worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of the South Pacific from 2020 to 2023, shaping the next generation of legal professionals.
In 2023, Jenita relocated to Australia and has been practicing as a Solicitor since. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Professional Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of the South Pacific, along with a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of London. Jenita joined our law firm in August 2023 and continues to provide exceptional legal services, drawing from her extensive international experience.
